Welcome to Twin Springs Cottage Condo Community, a privately owned retreat in Burford, Ontario, nestled on the pristine, spring-fed Cooley Pond. Unlike most parks, Twin Springs offers freedom and flexibility with only basic rules—allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your stay.

The park boasts excellent bass and pike fishing (catch and release) and plenty of roads for biking. It’s a safe and private environment, perfect for letting kids explore and make unforgettable memories—frogs included!

Our cottages are fully equipped for your comfort, featuring stocked kitchens, microwaves, full bathrooms, fire pits, heat, and A/C. You’ll also find barbecues, TVs, DVDs, and more. Just bring your own towels, blankets, sheets, and pillows!  Pets are welcome, but dogs are not permitted on the beach. Some rentals include kayaks, paddle boats. Access to great bass and pike fishing. Ice is available in the park, and firewood can be purchased just outside the gates.  Nearby, enjoy the Burford Golf Links just 8 minutes away. This is a charming modular home that sleeps 4 (or 6 if you pitch a tent on the deck) and is literally right beside the beach!  

Inside, you’ll find a very unique and cozy space featuring a separate bedroom with double bed, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge and stove, microwave, and Keurig.  A 3 piece bathroom and bright comfortable living room with pull out couch, dining table,  32" television, and a patio door which opens up onto your spacious 31' by 8' brand new deck! A unique feature of this home is it's built in radio with speakers in the living room and bedroom ceilings.  We also provide you with unlimited WiFi.  Outside you will find a fire pit with seating, a 12' by 12' gazebo with dining table and chairs for your enjoyment in any weather and a large barbecue.  There is also comfortable seating available on your deck . The prime location of this property right beside the beach not only provides for convenient access to beach fun, but offers you the enjoyment of your morning coffee while watching the geese swim or the fish jump, not to mention the beautiful sunsets often experienced over the water. The Beachside Retreat is pet friendly and has just a minimum 3 night booking policy.
